F4z is a fillet and butchering knife that is perfect for all fillet work, butchering and trimming meat details. A high quality knife to have in the kitchen, on the hunt or on the fishing trip. The handle is made of Thermorun, which is durable, easy to keep clean and easy to grip. The blade is made of a really good steel that gives the knife a durability of decades with proper care and use.
