Hunter's spice with mushrooms is a base for a tasty game sauce with mushrooms that is very easy to prepare.
Simply stir 2 tsp of spice into 2-3 dl of cream, bring to the boil and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Finally, add 1-2 tsp of cornflour and the same amount of water if you want to thicken the sauce.
The hunter's spice also goes very well with venison stew.
Ingredients: Mushrooms (butter mushroom, mushroom, carp), paprika, mustard, onion, pepper, cumin.
Each jar contains 80 ml of spice and mushrooms.
