This knife, the charcoal knife, is, according to Fällkniven themselves, their best dry meat knife. An excellent light and flexible knife for cutting thin slices of dried or smoked meat. A perfect companion to many of our meat products. The knife is 185mm in total length, of which the blade is 85mm. The weight of the knife is 84g and it comes with a leather sheath and an edge protector in zytel.

- Same working day: Greater Stockholm, Enköping, Norrtälje, Nynäshamn, Södertälje and Uppsala
- 1 working day: The majority of our mailings that do not have same working day delivery
- 2-3 working days: Other addresses in Sweden. Usually those that are not close to urban centres
