Deer fillet is one of our finest and tastiest game parts. The meat is extremely tender and contains a lot of flavour. The meat is best prepared by first salting and peppering it and then frying it in melted butter. It is a popular animal to hunt due to the excitement of the hunt and the delicious meat. At the same time, it is usually hard to come by as hunters are largely happy to keep this fine meat for themselves. If you want to offer a culinary wildlife experience, deer fillet is a good tip!

The fillets are relatively small compared to, for example, moose and most packages contain 2-4 fillets.

Prepare it in a simple way directly in the pan.

The meat is sent vacuum packed and frozen.
