We like to describe the venison shank as "the king of reindeer shanks". It has just as fine pieces as our gourmet pork loin, and also comes from a prime rib, which is a slightly finer detail than the roast that the gourmet pork loin is made from. We would say that our new version of this northern classic is the finest reindeer ham you can buy.
Just like the gourmet ham, the reindeer ham is much finer than the "ham" you unfortunately often find in the grocery store. All our skav is made in the "real" way, i.e. you have taken a roast that is still slightly frozen and then sliced it into thin slices. This results in large and fine pieces that look exactly like the product picture.
Here you can buy this product as a bulk pack, which gives you a 20% discount compared to the regular price. The bulk pack contains 7.2 kg, which is sent in 18 packs of 400 grams each.
The shrimps are sent vacuum packed and frozen.

- 2-3 working days: Other addresses in Sweden. Usually those that are not close to urban centres
This applies to orders placed on weekdays before 11.00 am. Some delay may occur, but 97% of our deliveries arrive on time without problems.
