This alder chip smoked wild boar roast is a fantastic and very affordable game detail. It is very suitable for slicing and eating as it is with a drink or why not as a topping on sliced bread. The alder shavings give the boar steak a wonderfully smoky flavour.

The boar steak is smoked with alder shavings and netted. It is sent vacuum packed and frozen.

Ingredients: Boneless boar steak salted in brine with nitrite salt, antioxidants (E250, E300), stabiliser (E450)
