The sirloin is one of the finest pieces of moose. A whole sirloin can weigh up to 4 kg and is an impressive sight on any dinner table. The sirloin steak is also often referred to as an outer fillet or steak stock.

We only sell whole pieces, i.e. if you buy a 2kg sirloin steak from us, we guarantee that it comes as a whole piece and not divided into several smaller pieces.

Please drink a fuller wine with the sirloin steak to maximise the taste experience.

      Delivery 0-3 working days - Free shipping over 1200 kr

      We have the following delivery times depending on where you live:

      • Same working day: Greater Stockholm, Enköping, Norrtälje, Nynäshamn, Södertälje and Uppsala
      • 1 working day: The majority of our mailings that do not have same working day delivery
      • 2-3 working days: Other addresses in Sweden. Usually those that are not close to urban centres

      This applies to orders placed on weekdays before 11.00 am. Some delay may occur, but 97% of our deliveries arrive on time without problems.

      I still have not received the order

      I get text messages every day from airmee that they will deliver the meat and the same evening every day they say they can not ... Feels pretty hopeless with meat that lies for over a week. I hope it stays frozen...
