Cold-smoked moose sausage has a very good flavour combination of moose and smoked. It is a relatively unique sausage product because it consists of 100% moose meat. In other words, no fat has been added other than what is already naturally present in the moose meat. Despite this, it is very juicy and tasty. It is perfect to serve as a drink snack together with, for example, dried reindeer meat and reindeer salami. A really wonderful flavour experience and a unique and luxurious snack that will be appreciated by most people.

For 100g of finished product, 131g of meat is used. The cold-smoked moose sausage is sent vacuum-packed and frozen.

Ingredients: Moose meat, sugar, spices, salt, preservative (nitrite), antioxidant (ascorbic acid).

      We have the following delivery times depending on where you live:

      • Same working day: Greater Stockholm, Enköping, Norrtälje, Nynäshamn, Södertälje and Uppsala
      • 1 working day: The majority of our mailings that do not have same working day delivery
      • 2-3 working days: Other addresses in Sweden. Usually those that are not close to urban centres

      This applies to orders placed on weekdays before 11.00 am. Some delay may occur, but 97% of our deliveries arrive on time without problems.
