Mufflon burgers are a very flavourful version of the "regular" hamburger. The pucks are thick and wonderfully juicy, fried until they have a nice pink centre. Mufflon meat is a delightful, gamey, tasty and healthy meat. For a delicious mufflon burger, it goes fantastically well with all the traditional burger accessories. The burgers can also be fried as meatballs and served with lingonberry jam and mashed potatoes.

              • Same working day: Greater Stockholm, Enköping, Norrtälje, Nynäshamn, Södertälje and Uppsala
              • 1 working day: The majority of our mailings that do not have same working day delivery
              • 2-3 working days: Other addresses in Sweden. Usually those that are not close to urban centres

              This applies to orders placed on weekdays before 11.00 am. Some delay may occur, but 97% of our deliveries arrive on time without problems.

              The texture of the burger was firm and chewy, but I'm bad at seasoning, so the taste experience was as usual when I try to cook Sheep too much taste of wool.
