Reindeer salami is a wonderful northern delicacy. The salami is a variation on the Italian classic - but of course with reindeer meat instead of pork. Reindeer salami has a lot of flavour. The exquisite reindeer flavour comes through in a wonderful way and on top of that, it is also seasoned with juniper, black pepper and a little bit of coriander. The combination is simply magical and this fine reindeer salami is a great favourite among many of our customers.

The reindeer salami is air-dried for 6 weeks and it is best enjoyed by slicing it thinly and eating it as a luxurious snack for the pre-drink or on the snack tray.

The salami is air-dried, about 150g of meat to 100g of finished product. It is sent vacuum-packed and frozen.

Ingredients: Reindeer meat 75%, back fat 23%, preservative E250 nitrite salt, spice mix.

    We have the following delivery times depending on where you live:

    • Same working day: Greater Stockholm, Enköping, Norrtälje, Nynäshamn, Södertälje and Uppsala
    • 1 working day: The majority of our mailings that do not have same working day delivery
    • 2-3 working days: Other addresses in Sweden. Usually those that are not close to urban centres

    This applies to orders placed on weekdays before 11.00 am. Some delay may occur, but 97% of our deliveries arrive on time without problems.
