Wild duck has a very flavourful meat with a natural touch of game. The most common species of wild duck in Sweden is the mallard. Wild ducks are relatively small birds and the breasts are 50-125g and lose 20-30% of their weight during smoking. There are therefore 3-6 pieces in each package.

The smoked wild duck breast is a real delicacy. Cut it into thin slices and eat it as it is - delicious! The smoked wild duck is great as a snack but also as a main course, for example with truffle risotto and a green salad.

As the availability of wild duck and thus also smoked wild duck breast is quite limited, we are happy to have this in stock and to be able to offer our customers a wonderful taste experience.

The smoked wild duck breast is shipped vacuum packed and frozen.

Ingredients: Wild duck breast ( 90% ) salted in brine with nitrine salt ( 10% ), antioxidant ( E250, E300 ), stabiliser ( E450 )

We have the following delivery times depending on where you live:

  • Same working day: Greater Stockholm, Enköping, Norrtälje, Nynäshamn, Södertälje and Uppsala
  • 1 working day: The majority of our mailings that do not have same working day delivery
  • 2-3 working days: Other addresses in Sweden. Usually those that are not close to urban centres

This applies to orders placed on weekdays before 11.00 am. Some delay may occur, but 97% of our deliveries arrive on time without problems.
