About the product

Thinly sliced moose chafings is a perfect dish that can be cooked quickly over an open fire or in a large pan. 

The gourmet chafings is much finer than the "chafings" you unfortunately often find in the grocery store. Our chafings is made in the "real" way, i.e. we have taken a steak that is still slightly frozen and then sliced it into thin slices. This results in large and fine pieces.

Tried it this weekend and really good, Swedish Wild often has good stuff but is unfortunately quite expensive. But this time I took the opportunity when they had a sale. Complained that it was out but then there was an email that new delivery was available. Good service that way.
