Our moose pastrami is a very tasty snack for the dinner table or for pre-drinking. It comes from the so-called roll of the moose, which has a natural "pastrami" shape. In other words, it does not need to be tied up but is naturally shaped.

Moose pastrami is salted, hot-smoked and has a spice mix around it. It does not need to be cooked but can be sliced and eaten as it is.

Pastramine is sent vacuum packed and frozen.

Can be served in a variety of delicious ways

Poultry pastrami can be served in a variety of ways. Here are some suggestions from our friend and loyal customer, chef Kjell Nymark:

- Thinly sliced with oven-roasted root vegetables and horseradish cream (of Philadelphia cheese and horseradish)
- Chopped into small pieces to make a mess to be served on toast (can make tartar in the same way)
- Makes a fantastic sandwich addition

              We have the following delivery times depending on where you live:

              • Same working day: Greater Stockholm, Enköping, Norrtälje, Nynäshamn, Södertälje and Uppsala
              • 1 working day: The majority of our mailings that do not have same working day delivery
              • 2-3 working days: Other addresses in Sweden. Usually those that are not close to urban centres

              This applies to orders placed on weekdays before 11.00 am. Some delay may occur, but 97% of our deliveries arrive on time without problems.
