About the product

We have developed a grill box with game meat that we ourselves think is best suited to BBQ. There is everything from delicious venison fillet, juicy venison burgers and great tomahawks to flavourful venison sausages. The larger box also contains high quality accessories from the Chef and the Pig. Take special care to ensure that the internal temperature of the fillets is not too high. High heat on each side for a short time is sufficient.

The grill box comes in standard and large sizes. The standard box is priced at 15% off compared to the cost of the items individually and the large box is priced at 20% off.

The standard box (15% discount) contains:

• 350 g Dovhjortsytterfilé
• 600 g Hjortburgare
• 900 g Tomahawk - Renentrecote on bones of sarv
• 350 g Hjortbratwurst - -. Ekbergs Viltgrillare

The big box (20% discount) contains:

• 900 g of Dovhjortsytter filet
• 900 g of Tomahawk - -. Reindeer entrecote on bone of cormorant
• 600 g Plastered reindeer tenderloin
• 600 g Deer burger
• 900 g Reindeer fillet (inner fillet)
• 700 g Deer bratwurst - Ekbergs Viltgrillare
• 250 g BBQ sauce by Kocken och Grisen
• 250 g Grymt God Marinad by Kocken och Grisen
  
• 70 g Grillsalt by Kocken och Grisen

The sausages contain fat from Swedish pigs, see the product description for the table of contents. Hjortburgarna contains tallow (20%) from Swedish cattle.

All meat is sent frozen.

All weights are approximate and may differ +/- 100 g per product. However, we do our best to give you as accurate weights as possible, and the total weight will always beat least the combined weight of the included products above.
