The Wild Boar Prinskorv is a truly premium wild game product. Unlike most wild boar sausages, which mix in pork, this sausage contains no pork—only meat from wild boar. This makes our wild boar sausage not only more flavorful than other prinskorv but also healthier and more climate-friendly.

The wild boar meat gives the sausage a richer, wilder taste, and turkey fat is added to make the sausage juicier.

Each package weighs 450 g.

Origin: Sweden

Ingredients: Wild boar meat, water, rapeseed oil, turkey fat, potato starch, table salt, dextrose, spices, spice extracts, smoke flavor, antioxidants E300, E327, E335, preservatives E250.

By far the most expensive Prince sausage I've ever bought - without getting the same flavour for the money. Not a bad sausage by any means, but not THAT different from regular sausage and not much game flavour.
