Outer fillet is one of the finest parts of the reindeer. The fillet is very tender, has a wonderful gamey flavour and is relatively easy to succeed with in the kitchen. If you get it right, it will melt in your mouth and be a truly fine culinary experience for whoever you invite. Plastered (skinned) reindeer tenderloin is an exceptionally nice touch for a festive dinner.

This trimmed version is particularly popular with restaurants. It comes already free of fat and skin and is ready to cook straight from the pack. This not only makes it easier and quicker to prepare, but also gives customers "more meat for their money" as nothing is wasted when it is trimmed.

The trimmed outer fillet does not come as a whole outer fillet, but in one piece, i.e. if you buy 300 grams, you get one piece of outer fillet.

The trimmed outer fillet is sent vacuum-packed and frozen.

    • Same working day: Greater Stockholm, Enköping, Norrtälje, Nynäshamn, Södertälje and Uppsala
    • 1 working day: The majority of our mailings that do not have same working day delivery
    • 2-3 working days: Other addresses in Sweden. Usually those that are not close to urban centres

    This applies to orders placed on weekdays before 11.00 am. Some delay may occur, but 97% of our deliveries arrive on time without problems.

    Reindeer is an amazing meat

    Incredibly tasty! We cooked it Sous Vide and then quickly in the frying pan. Reindeer meat is so nutritious and it feels so incredibly good in so many ways to buy meat from an operation where the animals roam freely in the beautiful Swedish nature.
