The fantastic grip in Karelian Masurian birch makes the knife feel safe in the hand. And in combination with the strong but thin blade, the SK18 Erna can handle most kitchen tasks, vegetables as well as sliced or diced meat, with ease. The knife is 292mm in total length, of which the blade is 180mm. The weight of the knife is 133g and it comes with a blade guard and a leather case. Use a wooden or plastic cutting board. Not to be washed in the dishwasher.
