Sautéed reindeer is a true Sami classic. The sautéed reindeer is made if extra fine pieces of mest and we dare to claim that this is among the finest sautéed reindeer you can get hold of.

The sautéed reindeer is much finer than the "sautéed reindeer" you unfortunately often find in the grocery store. Our sautéed reindeer is made in the "real" way, i.e. we have taken a steak that is still slightly frozen and then sliced it into thin slices. This results in large and fine pieces that look exactly like the product picture.

The meat is shipped vacuum packed and frozen.
