About the product

Our jam from the "gold of the forest" cloudberry has a berry content of 80g per 100g of jam, which makes it the finest cloudberry jam we have been able to find. It is very good with many things and perhaps especially with the world's simplest and most delicious dessert: vanilla ice cream with warm cloudberry jam.

Cherries are very rich in vitamin C, as much as four times more than oranges. They also contain many other healthy substances such as magnesium and fibre. Cloudberries often grow in rather inaccessible places with lots of moisture: wetlands, bogs and marshes. Picking the gold of the forest usually involves a lovely long walk in the woods.

In addition to using cloudberry jam for dessert, it is also an unbeatable accompaniment to our smoked game. You can mix cloudberry jam with Creme Fraiche and eat it together with the smoked meat. A real flavour enhancer and delicious!

Our cloudberry jam is produced by a small local company in Jokkmokk and the berries come from the forests around Jokkmokk.
