"Fermented sambal with confidence and lemons. A fermented chili paste flavored with garlic and salted lemons. Sambal lemon is not only super tasty as a dip, it also enhances the flavor of various dishes. Use it as a flavoring in burger patties, brush it over oven-baked salmon or pop it on your homemade pizza for an extra kick. Versatile and suitable for most things!"

The product is produced by Kocken och Grisen from Roslagen and is sold in a very limited edition.

Kocken och Grisen (formerly Totties Mat) is run by Daniel Tottie and Marcus Backman, who have extensive experience as chefs at some of Stockholm's finest restaurants. For a few years now, they have been running Kocken och Grisen full-time, specialising in food experiences and small-scale food crafts from Roslagen. Always with fresh ingredients of the highest quality. Their sauces, spices and game sausages are all fantastic and we are very proud to provide them in our webshop.
