About the product

Our fine perch is fished with nets in the Baltic Sea along the Swedish coast or Åland and sold in skinless fillets. When cooked, the perch has white, firm meat and is one of our most popular food fish.

Like our wild-caught zander, it can be prepared in a variety of ways. The perch is also rich in minerals, omega-3, B and D vitamins.

Perch is delicious when fried in butter, with or without breading. Fry on medium heat until the meat has a solid white colour. Feel free to use butter instead of margarine to get a better taste. You can also make a quick and easy sauce by mixing cream in the pan when the perch is ready.

Another delicacy for freshly fried perch is melted or browned butter with grated horseradish.

The perch fillets are vacuum packed and frozen. Each fillet is approx. 50-100 grams and a package of, for example, 300 grams thus contains 3-6 fillets.

      High quality game meat

Our concept is to offer the best game meat available, directly to you, the end customer. We make sure you can buy the cuts that are otherwise only sold to wholesalers and fine restaurants.

      100% natural

We would argue that there is no meat in the world that is as gentle on animals, requires so little of the earth's resources to produce, and has such a low carbon footprint as Swedish game meat.

      A healthy alternative

Game meat is naturally lean and nutritious because the animals live a free range life and graze naturally. This makes for a cleaner and healthier meat choice.
