Our beer sausage from deer, Ekberg's game sticks, is developed by the hunting profile Thomas Ekberg and his good sausage recipe. The beer sausages contains 80% deer meat and is a very tasty and solid beer sausage that is excellent as a snack for the pre-drink or as a luxurious snack on the TV couch. The beer sausage has a clear texture and the high meat content is also felt in the incredibly good taste, this is a beer sausage out of the ordinary that is suitable for all seasons during the year.

The sausage naturally contains only Swedish fallow deer meat.
