Reindeer tongue is a delicacy that we can highly recommend. We think it is best if you first boil it together with vegetables, slice it up and finally quickly fry the tongue pieces in butter on high heat. Then it actually reminds us of fried reindeer fillet.

    Pure tongue - not tried.

    I will review it when I have tried it, but if it is the same quality as the lightly smoked dried reindeer meat, I am satisfied.

    It was not to my satisfaction. I have bought from another game store before, where it was bigger. Here it was 4 pieces of 100 grams. But the taste was nothing to complain about.
