Wonderful meat. To make matters worse, there were two inner fillets hanging on the underside, which I took away and refroze for another meal, before we sat down to dinner on Saturday (eight hungry). Today I have cooked stock on the legs (took all night) and made stew on the meat scrapings and mushroom sauce from Saturday's dinner.
