About the product

This whole smoked reindeer shoulder is one of our own clear favourites! The combination of the natural flavour of the reindeer meat together with the good saltiness and smoking gives the meat a fantastically rich and tasty flavour. It can, for example, be a perfect part of a game table or sliced thinly and served as a luxurious snack with a pre-drink. Many have the smoked reindeer bow as a natural part of the Christmas and Easter table.

OBS: Since this is a whole intact reindeer bow, it contains a bone in the centre of the meat. The bone represents about 25% of the total weight.

Like many other popular game items, it is available in somewhat limited quantities.

The smoked reindeer bow is sent vacuum packed and frozen.
