Mouflon burgers are a very flavourful version of the "regular" hamburger. The pucks are thick and wonderfully juicy, fried until they have a nice pink centre. Mouflon meat is a delightful, gamey, tasty and healthy meat. For a delicious mouflon burger, it goes fantastically well with all the traditional burger accessories. The burgers can also be fried as meatballs and served with lingonberry jam and mashed potatoes.
