Mouflon mince is an exciting and different alternative to minced beef. It is also healthier and has less fat than minced beef. The number of wild mouflon in Sweden is quite small and it is therefore difficult to get hold of this game detail.

As we only sell mouflon meat from wild animals, the meat is of course completely free of antibiotics and growth hormones. The Mouflon mince comes from wild sheep that feed entirely on what is available in nature.

Mouflon mince is ideal for classic dishes such as meatballs, burgers or game meat meat loaf. Or why not surprise the children with bolognese made from wild sheep!

The flavour of sheep meat is not reminiscent of domestic sheep and lamb, but is much more like the taste of deer or stag. A flavour experience that is both exciting and unexpected.
