Moose mince meat is an excellent alternative to ground beef if you want a tastier, healthier and lower-fat version. The distinctive wild game flavor makes the moose mince a very exciting variant to use in many popular dishes. Compared to "regular" minced meat, moose minced meat contains a lot of nutrients and is of course completely free of antibiotics and growth hormones. It is a fully natural meat that comes from animals that have fed entirely on what the forest and mountains have to offer.

Moose burgers and moose meatballs are, for example, fantastic and unique dishes that suit both young and old. Feel free to try our own recipe for moose burgers . It is also perfectly possible to replace ground beef with ground moose in popular dishes such as lasagna, pasta bolognese (moose meat sauce) and chili con carne.

We can also recommend other game mince such as reindeer mince , fallow deer mince or wild boar mince. All with their own characteristic flavors. Feel free to try our recipe for reindeer meatballs, where we have mixed the Nordic reindeer meat with pancetta from Italy. Delicious!

Origin: Sweden. Our moose comes from Norrbotten or Västerbotten and cutting and packaging took place in Arvidsjaur.
