The prime rib is known for its suitability for rich stews, braising and as mince for burgers, as it has fat embedded in the meat, which contributes to a rich flavour and juiciness, as well as a slightly coarser texture. If you want to go away from the traditional and try something new, we suggest sous vide, 57 degrees for 24 hours. Or why not use it in a pulled pork recipe.
Origin: Sweden. The moose came from Norrbotten or Västerbotten and cutting and packaging takes place in Arvidsjaur.
We only sell whole pieces, i.e. if you buy an 800g rib from us, we guarantee that it comes as a whole piece and not divided into several smaller pieces.
The elk rib is sent vacuum packed and frozen.

Delivery 0-3 working days - Free shipping over 1200 kr
We have the following delivery times depending on where you live:
- Same working day: Greater Stockholm, Enköping, Norrtälje, Nynäshamn, Södertälje and Uppsala
- 1 working day: The majority of our mailings that do not have same working day delivery
- 2-3 working days: Other addresses in Sweden. Usually those that are not close to urban centres
This applies to orders placed on weekdays before 11.00 am. Some delay may occur, but 97% of our deliveries arrive on time without problems.
