About the product

Smoked moose rump, or hunter's steak as it is also called, is, just like our moose pastrami, a very tasty snack for the dinner table or for an aperitif. Juicy and with a very lovely smoky and hot flavour.

It is made from moose rump and is salted, hot smoked and has a spice mix around it. The steak does not need to be cooked but can be sliced and eaten as it is. It works fantastically well as a luxurious fast food or why not on an excursion. Slice up the hunter's roast and eat it together with a potato salad, for example. Simple and extremely tasty.

The hunter's steak is sent vacuum-packed and frozen.
