About the product

We've put together this box of game meat that we would serve for a whole New Year's Eve dinner. Starter, main course and dessert, plus something nice and smoky to wrap up after midnight. This is the perfect box for an unforgettable New Year's Eve with game meat.

Our menu suggestion:

First course: Bleak roe toast
Main course: Fried reindeer fillet and/or fried wild duck breast
Dessert: Warm cloudberry jam with vanilla ice cream
Evening snacks: Smoked game meat

A tip is also to mix the cloudberry jam with creme fraiche and serve it with the smoked meat. It's fantastic together.

The New Year's box is available in two sizes. The standard box is sold at a 15% discount compared to what the parts cost individually and the large box is sold at a 20% discount.

All weights are approximate and may differ +/- 100g per product. However, we do our best to give you as accurate weights as possible, and the total weight will always be at least the combined weight of the included products.
