Our beer sausage on deer, Ekberg's game stick, is developed by the hunting profile Thomas Ekberg and his good sausage recipe. The game stick contains 80% deer meat and is a very tasty and solid beer sausage that is excellent as a snack for the pre-drink or as a luxurious snack on the TV couch. The beer sausage has a clear texture and the high meat content is also felt in the incredibly good taste, this is a beer sausage out of the ordinary that is suitable for all seasons during the year.

The sausage naturally contains only Swedish fallow deer meat.

Contents: Deer meat (80%), pork fat, water, potato flour, salt, potato fibre, sugar, white pepper, garlic, black pepper, cayenne, spice extract, smoke flavouring (recreated smoke), antioxidant (E301), preservative (E250).

The beer sausage is sent frozen.

Each package contains 4 sausages.
