Reindeer sausage with jalapeno is a popular mix between southern and northern cuisines. It was a very good reindeer sausage with a little "kick" of jalapeno and sambal olek. It is best cooked in a pan like a bratwurst or on the grill.

The sausage is delivered frozen and is frozen completely fresh immediately after preparation. Therefore, it should be cooked to an internal temperature of 72 degrees.

Ingredients: Reindeer meat (78%), pork back fat, cooking salt, black pepper, jalapeno chilli, sambal olek, spice mix, natural pork skins.

4 sausages/package.
