Reindeer burgers made with suovas-smoked reindeer minced meat are something far beyond the ordinary. The fantastic flavor that comes from the suovas smoking makes these burgers a truly delightful taste sensation. Perfect for putting on the grill during the summer or cooking in the frying pan in a simple way. You will get a different and very tasty burger experience that is guaranteed to impress your guests. Feel free to serve together with homemade fries, caramelized red onion and mayonnaise and you have a guaranteed success.

Suovas smoking is carried out according to an old Sami tradition in kåta. The meat is first salted and then smoked for about 2 days before it is ready. A suovas burger on reindeer meat has a much fuller and more substantial taste than a regular burger on beef.

The Suova burgers are sent vacuum-packed and frozen in 3-packs.
