About the product
The dried, lightly smoked moose meat is produced by Arvidsjaur Renslakt in Arvidsjaur, which was founded and is still owned by the Sámi villages of Mausjaur, Udtja, Västra and Östra Kikkejaure.
For 100 g of finished product, 200 g of meat is used.
Nutritional value per 100 grams: Energy 900 kJ (216 kcal), Fat 2.6 grams (of which saturated fat 0.8 grams), Carbohydrates 3 grams (of which sugars 0 grams), Protein 44 grams, Salt 5.3 grams.
