About the product

The dried lightly smoked moose meat is perfect to serve as a tasty snack together with, for example, cold smoked moose sausage and smoked moose roast. Together, this creates a wonderfully luxurious and unique snack table or part of a smorgasbord. The smoking is done in the Sami way in a hut/sauna with birch wood.

The dried, lightly smoked moose meat is produced by Arvidsjaur Renslakt in Arvidsjaur, which was founded and is still owned by the Sámi villages of Mausjaur, Udtja, Västra and Östra Kikkejaure.

For 100g of finished product, 200g of meat is used. The dried, lightly smoked moose meat is sent vacuum-packed and frozen.
