About the product

Our wild-caught Arctic char is a wonderfully fine game fish that is fished in Lake Riebnes in Arjeplog in northern Sweden.

The Arctic char is pink-red in colour and is a wonderful taste experience where the taste can be described as something between the Arctic char's relatives: trout and salmon. Many consider this to be one of the most flavourful freshwater fish. Compared to salmon, Arctic char has less fat but contains a lot of nutrients, including omega-3 and protein.

This delicious fish is perfect for grilling, frying or baking.

1-4 fishes per package.
