Reindeer chafings is a northern delicacy that can be prepared and enjoyed in many different ways. This chafing recipe was developed by one of our members in our Facebook group Viltköttsälskare, Tord Keinsjö.

Ingredients

500 g onion

500 g of mushrooms
-
1 large leek
-
3 dl cream
-
100 g of butter
-
Black pepper
-
Soy to taste
Instructions
Chop the vegetables and mushrooms. Saute in the butter until the onion is soft and the reindeer shavings are ready. Pour on the cream and season. Let everything boil for a little while. Serve in soft flat bread. Munch and enjoy.
