About the product

Deer meat is a Swedish classic and one of our tastiest game meats. It is a popular animal to hunt because of the exciting hunt and the good meat. The roast can be cooked into a real feast for several people.

For a recipe, we can recommend Urbenad helstekt rådjursstek (page 127) from the book Kocken och jägaren.

The roast is not quite as fine as our venison inner thigh, but it is guaranteed to be a very good everyday roast.

The meat is shipped vacuum-packed and frozen.
