About the product

The top round from reindeer calf is just as nice as the top round from an adult reindeer, but the cuts are of course smaller and are suitable for the smaller party. It is incredibly tender, almost comparable to the tenderloin.

You can use the same cooking tips as we have for the "regular" top round. 

Origin: Sweden. The reindeer calf comes from one of the 4 Sami villages around Arvidsjaur that owns and runs Arvidsjaur Renslakt, which has also cut and packaged the reindeer calf.

The roast from reindeer calf inner thigh is sent vacuum packed and frozen.
